New Zealand

Nationwide shipping (excluding rural): $4.95

Rural shipping: $7.95

Your order will be processed within 2 working days. Delivery to North Island locations usually takes 1-2 business days and to South Island locations 1-3 business days. Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days.

Peak Performance is closed on all weekends, New Zealand public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. No orders are processed on these days.

 

Australia

Australian nationwide shipping: $9.95

Your order will be processed within 2 working days. 20 packs (excluding mixed) are now shipped from Australia. All other products are shipped from New Zealand.

 

We are closed on all New Zealand public holidays. 

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Peak Performance will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items MUST BE UNOPENED with the packing slip included and/or contact details and order number.

Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Best Before dates are stated on all product pages, therefore we cannot accept any returns for product that is unused at, before or close to the Best Before date. The Best Before date simply indicates when the formula may start to crystallise, although our testing has showed that this tends to not happen until well after the Best Before date. It is still safe to consume past this date.
